Morning folks!
The Performance & Analytics team here at Constant Contact has been working on a new AI-powered Insights feature for emails that we're ready to test out. It looks at your recent emails (sent the last ~90 days) and tries to come up with an action you can take to improve your next send.
These will be visible on the Dashboard after you log in for now, but we're exploring other places to put them as well. There's a comments feature baked-in, so you can tell us what you liked (and didn't like) about an insight. Just click the 👍 or 👎 under the insight and leave us a comment.
If you'd like to be a part of the test group, just reply to this thread and I'll get you set up! Your feedback will help us make insights better over time.
Future Work
While we refine the insights, we're going to start working on some automated actions to pair up with them. One click and we'll implement our recommendation for you.
Here are a few that we're going to start with (and I would love to hear what you'd like us to automate):
Enabling confirmed opt-ins and unsubscribe comments to improve your list quality
Automatically cleaning up contacts that have hard-bounces (mailboxes don't exist, etc)
Suggesting subject lines and pre-headers to improve open rates
Doing "cadence analysis" to figure out if you should be sending more (or less!) to a specific audience
