I cannot send an email. I keep getting an error message that says, "Unable to schedule campaign. Please try again later." I keep trying. There are no issues on their status page. I don't see that they are doing maintenance. I need to send an email out about snow cancelation and would prefer not to spend my evening checking every 15 minutes to see if I can send. Anyone else having the problem? Does anyone know where I can report an incident? Anyone have a suggestion?Ā

Hi @BethenyH. I'm sorry to hear you experienced this error when working on your email. This particular error message does not have a single cause for appearing and we would need to review the email to determine why it occurred when scheduling. I'm glad to hear that recreating the email removed the error. You can use the Community to request assistance or use any of our other support options.
