So I deleted the whole email, tried again and it worked. I'm frustrated but happy to close the app down. Who else thinks it would be nice if we had the opportunity to report an issue?

I cannot send an email. I keep getting an error message that says, "Unable to schedule campaign. Please try again later." I keep trying. There are no issues on their status page. I don't see that they are doing maintenance. I need to send an email out about snow cancelation and would prefer not to spend my evening checking every 15 minutes to see if I can send. Anyone else having the problem? Does anyone know where I can report an incident? Anyone have a suggestion?

Surprising, right? At this point I've given up and keep my eyes out for a better provider. Honestly, I'd just be happy if my dropdown to find an image wasn't actually a "drop-up" that disappears off my screen! Every time I want to access an image folder I have to count how many times I move my selector bar up!

I'm shocked to see that the post about not being able to control the percentage is from 2018. I'm in the process to switching to this platform and that's a big turnoff.
