There is an issue with Ticket Add-on(s). The buyer can purchase an "add-on" without buying a "ticket". This should not be. An add-on is in addition to a ticketed sale.

At least one ticket is required for a registration to be submitted. If you have both tickets and add-ons available, and someone only has an add-on selected, they'll receive an error if they try to continue.
