im using adobe pdf and that is not working.
trying to upload an article to create an email. It keeps telling me it doesnt recognize the format.

Make sure the document you're trying to upload is one of the accepted formats, and isn't some specialty type, or doesn't need to be properly saved / converted within the program you used to build it. Additionally, make sure the document you're trying to upload is 5MB or smaller.
