Constant Contact email states there 23 people have unsubscribed. The CC website states there are only 15 that have unsubscribed. This is over a 24 hr. period so not a new development.Â

If you're encountering an issue like this, it may indicate a discrepancy in how the contact unsubscribed, versus what their email program communicates to our systems - i.e. using an email program's mass-unsubscribe functions vs. using the one-click or footer link we provide.Â

To confirm however, we recommend calling our general support so they can troubleshoot live, collect the pertinent info, and work with our higher level technical team to investigate further.
