I am trying to pull contact open rates out of CC so I can enter them as a formula in rating donor prospects with other data that is not just segmenting them on Open Rates. A chat support person said there is not a way to generate a list/report that includes a column with the Avg Open Rate. That seems like it would be basic since it is a field for viewing in the engagement section of contact info. Is it truly not possible and if not, why?

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team, and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request, but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and it could be taken into consideration for a future release.
