Adding Contacts In A More Streamlined Method

Hi. When adding a single contact, please have a box that will allow putting the data needed. Also, please have a larger group list so we can see them and checkmark as needed. I basically add contact, then have to go search for the contact and edit what is needed like explicit etc. Please make the "Manage Fields" save for next use. This is taking to many steps, vs the original interface, thus killing productivity.
