[Delivered] Allow more file types to be uploaded to the library

We need more options to upload PNG's and SVG's in the Library. Modern logos and marketing materials are not just JPG's or PDFs anymore.

The document file types supported in the library are:

PDF
Word
PowerPoint
Excel

Images can be embedded within campaigns to enhance engagement. Supported image files can be uploaded up to 20MB in size and 1200 pixels in width. The accepted image file types are:
