It would be great if there were a way to have campaign participant reports scheduled and then emailed to users. For instance, when I set up a campaign, I don't want to log in to constant contact every Monday morning to pull the participant report and share it with my team. It would be great if I could somehow set it up for delivery when I create the campaign.

Thank you all for sharing your workflows and feedback! We know that staying on top of your campaign analytics is crucial, and having to manually log into your desktop dashboard every week to check your numbers can add friction to your Monday morning.
While building a native tool to automatically generate and email scheduled PDF reports is Not Currently Planned, we have just released a brand-new feature that solves the exact problem of needing quick, on-the-go access to your stats!
New: Email Reporting in the Mobile App! As of May 2026, you no longer need to be tied to your desk to see how your campaigns are performing. You can now track your average open rates, monitor your click-through rates, and view detailed statistics for individual emails directly from your smartphone.
Whether you're grabbing coffee or heading into a Monday morning team meeting, you can simply open the Constant Contact app and have your real-time analytics right in the palm of your hand.
(Note: If you need to share this data with a larger team or department, the most secure and efficient method is to invite them to your account as a Campaign Creator or Account Manager so they can view the dashboard and mobile app on their own schedules!)
