[Delivered] CC Update 9/25/2025

Hello,

We've encountered several issues with the new CC update:

  • When previewing emails, the display is too small to view properly in desktop mode.

  • The right-side panel cannot be minimized, making it difficult to edit content.

  • Contact lists are no longer sorted by the order in which records were received, and there's no option to sort them by date received to add to our subscriber list.

  • Additionally, some email edits are not being saved, even after clicking the "Save" button.

Are you able to address any of these issues?

While there isn't a specific zoom toggle within the preview tool itself, I recommend checking your browser settings and screen resolution.

  • Browser Zoom: Ensure your browser isn't accidentally zoomed out (press Ctrl + 0 on Windows or Cmd + 0 on Mac to reset to 100%).

  • Responsive Design: Content in the new editor often stacks for mobile viewing. If the desktop preview looks narrow, verify that your Section Width is set between 300 and 1200 pixels.

2. Minimizing the Right-Side Panel

In the new editor, the panel on the right (often used for Rows or Settings) can be condensed to give you more workspace.

  • Look for a small arrow or collapse icon at the bottom of the right-side panel to minimize it.

3. Sorting Contact Lists by Date Received

If you need to find your most recent subscribers, you can still view this data:

  • Contact Activity: Navigate to Contacts > Activity. This log shows imports and list addition activity in chronological order.

  • Advanced Search: You can use the Advanced Search feature to filter contacts by Date Added. Set the filter to "Date Added is after [specific date]" to find your newest records and add them to a specific list.

4. Edits Not Saving

This is often caused by a conflict between browser sessions.

  • Clear Cache: Your browser may be loading an older version of the editor. Clearing your cache or trying Incognito/Private mode usually resolves this.

  • Single Tab Only: Ensure you don't have the same email open in multiple browser tabs or windows, as this can cause the "A newer version has already been saved" error or prevent saves from sticking.

  • Check Footer/Header: Sometimes invalid data in the email footer (like an incomplete zip code) can block the "Save" function from completing.
