Certain Countries are not listed in the Country field in In-line/Pop-up Forms

Kosovo has been recognized by the United States and the majority of European Union members as country for several years, and yet it is not available as an option to select on the Contact Contact automatically generated list for countries in your "Sign-Up Forms." How can we edit this list to add Kosovo? This is a particular issue for organizations like us that work in Kosovo, but also there is no reason the Constant Contact shouldn't acknowledge a sovereign nation.
