[Delivered] Delete Social Posts in any status

is it possible to delete a social post>

Hi everyone! We have some great news: this highly requested organizational feature has officially been Delivered! 🎉

We completely understand that seeing old, published social media campaigns intermixed with your active email campaigns can make your dashboard feel cluttered and difficult to navigate.

You are no longer restricted to only deleting Drafts or Errors. You can now delete Social Post campaigns that are in a Sent or Published status directly from your Campaigns tab! Moving them to the trash will remove them from your active view, keeping your dashboard clean and organized.

How to clean up your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab.

  2. Locate the specific Social Post you want to remove.

  3. Click the three dots (...) on the right side of the campaign.

  4. Select Delete from the dropdown menu. (You can also use the checkboxes on the left side of the screen to select and bulk-delete multiple campaigns at once!)

Please note that deleting a "Sent" social campaign inside Constant Contact does not delete the actual live post from your social media pages. Doing this only removes the campaign record and reporting data from your Constant Contact workspace. If you need to remove a live post from public view, you must log into your Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn accounts and delete it directly on those platforms.

Because the ability to clean up and delete Sent social posts is officially live in the platform, we are going to update the status of this idea to Delivered and lock this thread to keep our board actionable.

Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback and helped make this platform update a reality!
