The new contact interface does not make it easy to export a contact list!!! The 3-dot icon should include the export function. Exporting contacts should also appear in the header area as one of the actions available when working in contacts. I had to search the knowledge base to find out how to do it now. It's not intuitive that I had to select the contacts and find the action to export.
