Finding contacts who are not engaging with emails

I would think that a report for showing Contacts activity would be very helpful. It should show your contact, the number of campaigns sent to them and the number of opens. If I have a contact that is not opening their emails, I need to check if they are not seeing them. Or are just ignoring them.
