Increase maximum amount of inline and pop-up forms

Please increase Constant Contact limits on the number of inline forms we are allowed to create to more than 50 - we have more topic-specific newsletters than that! 100 would be a good limit and more feasible for our university's needs. Additionally, nowhere is this limit posted until you reach the actual limit, making it difficult to try to utilize a third-party option which was already suggested by one of your help desk members. These arbitrary limits are very frustrating, indeed.
