Landing Pages - Alt text for images

Images added to Landing Pages (such as the Custom or Lead Generation Page) do not carry over the Alt text for an image in the library. As my clients are persons with visual impairment, having alt text on landing pages that can be picked up by a text-reading program would be helpful!
