The look and feel of the new survey pages is a great improvement, however, without the option to add many of the old question types, I do not know that we will be able to continue to use Constant Contact as our surveying tool. Previously, we often utilized the "rate items on a scale" and the "rank items numerically" options when creating surveys. I also think there would have been a large benefit if there was a branching question option as well. While the new tool looks nice, it lacks a lot of necessary functionality.
Please consider making these adjustments before forcing users to switch to the new tool, as the current survey tool will not meet the same needs. Thanks!
