Remove placeholder text block for Import PDF to email

I love this feature however I see NO need for the blurb at the bottom  giving marketing advice that is a default when importing a document to send out. I almost sent my document WITH this blurb at the bottom without realizing it. Please consider removing this text as it would be extremely embarrassing if a flyer or notice were sent out (I can't be the only one) with this blurb at the bottom with no relation to anything on what you are sending.

This is the blurb I am referring to

It's a fact: people don't mind scrolling to read an email, as long as it's relevant and interesting. Make sure your message follows through on the promise in your subject line, and use several short paragraphs if you have a lot to say. When in doubt, challenge yourself to write less and add links that support your topic.

How embarrassing if someone didn't notice this at the bottom of their imported PDF and sent it out.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We completely understand the panic of almost sending an email with default placeholder text still attached. It’s definitely something you want to catch before hitting schedule!

While removing this default text block from the "PDF to Email" template remains Under Consideration by our template design team, we want to share the very specific, strategic reason why it is there: Spam Filters and Deliverability.

When you import a PDF, our system converts it into a single, large image so it displays beautifully in the body of the email. However, sending an email that consists of only one large image with zero typed text is a massive red flag for inbox providers (like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo). They often flag "image-only" emails as spam and send them straight to the junk folder.

To protect your sending reputation and ensure your email actually reaches the inbox, our system automatically adds a text block to create a healthy "text-to-image ratio."

The Best Practice Solution: Instead of simply deleting the text block (which increases your risk of going to spam), we highly recommend replacing the placeholder text with a quick 1-2 sentence summary of what your flyer is about.

For example: "Check out our attached flyer below for all the details on our upcoming summer sale!"

This simple step immediately removes the default placeholder text, provides essential context for contacts using screen readers, and ensures your beautiful PDF actually makes it into your customers' inboxes safely!

Thank you again for sharing your workflow with us!
