However, instead of forcing you to download a massive spreadsheet of timestamps and calculate the averages yourself, we built a tool that automates the entire process for you!

The Solution: Best Time to Send When you are ready to schedule your campaign, you no longer have to guess. You can use our Best Time to Send feature. Our system automatically analyzes the historical open data of the specific contacts on your selected lists (evaluating their past open times and days of the week), and proactively recommends the optimal date and exact time to schedule your email for maximum engagement.

Visualizing Your Opens: If you still want to visually track when your audience is opening a specific campaign, you can do so right from your Reporting tab! When you click into the reporting details of any sent campaign, the Trends graph visually plots your opens over the first few days of the send, allowing you to easily see the spikes in engagement by day and time.

Because the underlying goal of this request (optimizing send times based on open data) is officially live and automated in the product, we are going to update the status of this idea to Delivered and lock this thread to keep our board actionable.
