I currently manage a few hundred contacts in my account, but many of our communications are targeted and only relevant to a smaller subset—anywhere from 10 to 100 individuals at a time. At the moment, the only way to send to a specific group is by creating a new list within the platform. While this works, it can become time-consuming and adds extra steps for what are often one-off or highly specific communications.
It would be incredibly helpful if there was an additional audience option to select recipients more dynamically—such as typing in names or email addresses directly (similar to a standard email experience) or quickly selecting individual contacts without needing to create and manage additional lists.
Introducing this type of flexibility would streamline the process, save time, and make the platform even more user-friendly for those of us who frequently send targeted communications.
