The current “Unsubscribe” button label can be confusing because the form may allow contacts to choose specific lists instead of fully opting out. That wording may make it feel like the only outcome is leaving everything, even when the page gives people more control. Clearer wording could help contacts understand their choices faster and reduce hesitation when they reach the form.
Also - it would be good if the customize button was selected not the unsubscribe to everything button.
