Want More Than Last 100 Engagement History

Is it possible to see beyond 100 emails? I need to be able to prove that person was notified of a post-COVID rescheduling.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your feedback! We completely understand that having a full, paginated engagement history on an individual contact's profile would be incredibly helpful, especially when you have highly engaged contacts who receive frequent updates.

While expanding the Contact Profile's engagement history beyond the 100 most recent activities remains Acknowledged and under consideration by our development team, you don't need this feature to prove that your contact received that specific notification!

The Best Practice Workaround: Campaign-Level Reporting If you need to prove that a specific person was sent a specific email (like your post-COVID rescheduling notice), it is actually much faster to check the reporting for the email itself, rather than scrolling through the individual contact's history.

Here is how to quickly find the proof you need:

  1. Navigate to the Reporting tab and locate the specific rescheduling email campaign you sent.

  2. Click on the number of Sends (or Opens).

  3. This will open a complete list of every single person who received that specific email.

  4. Use the "Search" bar at the top of the list to type in that specific person's email address or name.

  5. You can take a screenshot of their name/email on this list, or export the list to Excel, giving you the definitive proof that the notification was successfully delivered to them!

We are keeping this idea tracked and Acknowledged so our product teams can continue to gauge demand for expanding the history limit on individual contact profiles. Thank you again for helping us improve the platform!
