I have a client who was having trouble with his email campaigns.

While he was sending consistently - monthly - the emails had poor results.

  • The background of each email was different, straying from his color palette.

  • Fonts varied.

  • Sections were inconsistently labeled

  • The imagery had different sizes and placement

Open rates were 14-18%.

When I took over the creation and sending of the email, branding became consistent, the fonts were consistent, and sections were consistent and in the same part of the email each month.
