Happy Friday! Before you officially slide into the weekend, let’s swap ideas for how we actually recharge.

What’s one small “weekend reset” ritual that helps you feel human again after a long week?

It could be:

  • A walk, workout, or dance break that gets you out of “work brain”

  • A favorite takeout order, snack, or drink that signals “I’m off the clock now”

  • A show, book, podcast, or game you always come back to

  • A simple home reset (fresh sheets, tidying your desk, lighting a candle)

  • Time with people (or pets!) who fill your cup 🐾
