I had a coaching session with a newer client recently, who I have been working with about once a month since the end of last year. Her social media is a big tangled knot of multiple accounts; she doesn't have ownership of everything, just a big mess. This has been compounded by the fact that she has been going through a messy, painful divorce. We have finally gotten a few things sorted out and have access to her Facebook page. In that session, we started working on it, and we both kinda paused when we looked at her profile photo (of her and her ex) and her married name. By the end of the session, along with the updates we started doing to her business page, she had a new personal profile photo and an updated name. While I don't normally get asked to help people with their personal profiles, I can tell it made a significant difference for her to make those simple changes. Sometimes the littlest things make the biggest impact.
