CTCT wants to hear about your social posting needs!

Hi folks! My name is Kyle, and I'm one of the Product Managers here at Constant Contact.

We're trying to figure out how to bridge a gap we're seeing: we have a large number of customers that have connected their CTCT accounts to Facebook, Linkedin, and/or Instagram, but a smaller number are posting regularly every month through the product. If you've got a few minutes, we'd love to hear from you (whether you post regularly or not)!

  • If you use Constant Contact to post to social, what are your biggest challenges using our tools?

  • If you're not using Constant Contact to post to social media, why not?

  • If you use both Constant Contact and your preferred network's site, what do you do through CTCT and what do you do directly through Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Instagram?
