I was told that I would be able to get a free custom logo by Hendel and another person in your sales department. I asked if this was "really included" in my monthly fee, which he said Yes it was.
When I call back to try and start the logo process, I was told it was ONLY INCLUDED IF YOU PURCHASED A WEBSITE!
This is not good sales practices and I am still irritated.
