Freezing up and not working

I am trying to update the lists that contacts are on and it keeps freezing and not allowing me to do what I need to. If I log out and back in it lets me do one, and then stops working. I have a lot to update so this is very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear you have experienced issues updating your contacts. That is definitely not the experience we want you to have! Let's see what we can do.

 

At which step of updating your contacts does it freeze up? What page are you on when it happens?

 

Out of curiosity, what browser are you using? First, make sure you're using a supported browser. If you are, try another supported browser to see if you can replicate the issue. You can also try Incognito/Safe Mode in your browser to see if that resolves the issue.

 

I also recommend doing a speed test on your Internet connection to make sure it is running above 2 mbps upload and download.

This happens to me.  A lot.  CC suggests that it's my computer, or the connectivity, or the browser.  Not so.  I have an up-to-date computer with excellent connectivity and use Google Chrome.  And this problem doesn't happen with any other app or program I run.  It's very annoying.  It is especially bad in the early morning and in the evening.
