I have been on the phone waiting for "support" for an hour - this is my second attempt to get help in the last few days. By the way - your 'system' keeps saying: "hire us for marketing support". Why? Your support obviously sucks.
When I first started, your support people were 'hands-on'. Now there is no-body to get help from.
I've also tried your online chat support request . . . it's still circling around waiting for "an agent".
Your support sucks.
