contacting support

I have been on the phone waiting for "support" for an hour - this is my second attempt to get help in the last few days. By the way - your 'system' keeps saying: "hire us for marketing support". Why? Your support obviously sucks.

When I first started, your support people were 'hands-on'. Now there is no-body to get help from.

I've also tried your online chat support request . . . it's still circling around waiting for "an agent".

Your support sucks.

We apologize that our phone queues have been busy lately. What is it you're needing support with, and we can provide assistance here through Community, or we can setup a callback case with the appropriate team to assist.
