Make sure your Numbers file is properly formatted for an import into the system, to ensure it uploads without any complications. You should be able to export your Numbers file as a CSV file, either labelled as Comma-Delineated Value or Comma-Separated Value file type. If you need assistance with this, Numbers should have a help section.
Once you have the CSV file generated, you can then import it into your Constant Contact account.
