Ability to customize sub-bullets

I need access to my old stuff - how do to simple things like bullets and sub bullets are no longer available. Not everyone's contacts use only their mobile devices to look at emails. ridiculous. Constant Contact has wasted my time.

Here we are, about 3 years after this particular discussion started, and we still have no update after the original less-than-useful workaround was offered. Neither in this thread or the others mentioned by Frankie earlier on. Can we get any info on what the status of this discussion is in your development team?
