We are an alumnae group with a volunteer exec board. It appears the social media aspect would connect to my personal FB acct as I access our group page via my personal acct. I wish it would connect to a group within FB. I do not prefer to share my personal FB for the organizations use to post. (only for security and consistency when presidents change).

My event is a 3 day event. Each day the hours are from 8-4:30. I can't do each day, it only lets me say the event starts Wed at 8 and ends Fri at 4:30. How I'd like it to read: When Wednesday, October 19 - Friday, October 21 8am to 4:30pm daily How it reads now: Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 8:00 AM MDT -to- Friday, October 21, 2022 at 4:30 PM MDT

You used to be able to go to the reporting screen and if someone had unsubscribed or bounced, you could click on the number and it would display who it was. On the unsubscribed you could see who it was and why. On the bounces you could try to help them, but not any more

When making an edit change, the "Save" action button continues to be greyed out even after editing is done, re: unable to save change. Yet, if I go back in later, I discover that the change was effective. There is no way for the user to know this. I wasted an hour only to learn later that the change was effective. I got a call a few minutes ago from CC. Apparently my credit card wasn't being accepted for the monthly charges. My apologies! This is an account I usually only use 2-3 times a year. What happened is someone was able to read my card data from my purse, and made a fraudulent charge, so I had to get that card cancelled and replaced. I completely forgot about the fact that the card was being used for monthly charges from CC. ANYWAY - thank you for your patience and. the very polite call I got earlier today.

Hari OM When we are organizing the library every time we put something in a folder it goes back to the top of the list. So then we need to scroll down to where we are working over and over again. It is not practical. It would be nice if the website would allow us to check as many as photos as possible to go in a folder and then stay at the location we are working on instead of starting at the beginning again. It would be great to have pre-set fields for adding new contacts. Instead of email, first name, last name - be able to change columns for my company to always be phone number and notes. And save those until or if I want to change them. It is laborious to always have to do this when adding new contacts.

When I update contacts, due to Mailbox full, etc - I look at engagement (when was the last time they opened one of my emails?) If it has been 6 months or longer, I move them to 'Bounce.' When I go to edits their lists, it would be so helpful if I could click and see a longer listing of all the lists rather than just a handful at a time. It would also be helpful to have a field on their engagement or details page with their last open date.

I strongly dislike the new version with all its limitations. We can no longer copy our old campaigns and will have to now create everything from scratch. Our brand was using color backgrounds with different colors for each row, which is no longer allowed. So, not only will we need to rebuild everything but we'll need a new design. Very unhappy customer that will be looking for alternative software solutions.

I would love to see reporting over time â not just campaign-specific. If there was a way to compare campaign click-through, opens, seasonality, etc., a 6-month view would be very helpful. Constant Contact is getting much better, I'd say, as a marketing tool.

It used to be possible to send a test of the Welcome email. I've clicked very link on every window I can find and can't find any way to do this. The only time it seems to allow it, it gives an error about the email not be valid or some such thing? Why would you remove existing functionality? Please restore this feature so I can have a record of prior Welcome emails.

This has been a terrible Constant Contact week. My creativity has been severely limited by the platform. So here is my question: Why can a 'button' only lead to documents and websites, etc? Why are we limited? My images are already there in the library, can't you just link it so the button accesses the image data base as well? Very limiting thinking with this exclusion from the menu. Would love to see this change!
