It would be nice if we could create blocks that we could save into a library of sorts. All of our campaigns use similar contact blocks but very different headers. It would be nice to not have to recreate the block from scratch, or to exit the campaign, find the other campaign, copy the code, then head back to the original campaign.

1) I would like to suggest having an option to have a sidebar for the generation 3 templates. This would make it easier to organize newsletter. 2) I would also love to edit the rows a little more. For example, being able to change the color of one section and having a different color for the other section. 3) Having a vertical divider would also be helpful in distinguishing between 2 sections within the same row

It would be nice to have a link made available for us to use for "Update Profile Form". Currently, there is only a link for "Sign-Up Form". If I want to send a message out to my database asking them to review and update their profile, I have to use the "Sign-Up Form" link which is miss-leading and requires our customers to sign up for the lists again before it recognizes them as already being in the system. Adding the "Update Profile Form" link to the sign up tools will allow us to place only the update info inside of a message and making the system easier or use and not confusing to the customers.

I wish there was an option to put a border around an entire email to frame it. I want the inner background and outer background colors to be the same (in this case both white) but would like some separation between the two and being able to add a frame or border around the entire email would help break it up. I do not want to use a background pattern or background color other than white. This seems like a very basic design element to provide.

We had a thread about adding tables to third generation emails but a moderator closed it saying now that we can use 5 columns that should solve the problem. Guess what, it does not come close to solving the problem. There is no way to line up text except tables. adding columns does not work because the columns will not always display side by side.

Hello. I recently sent an email with the wrong embedded link in my newsletter. I was told I could not make a change to the distributed newsletter/email; however I could send a new email to my subscribers with the new link. This solution does not work as the content was exactly the same, just the wrong url was hyperlinked to a word. My hope was CC would allow me to edit the sent email to update the link without having to resend a newsletter. This functionality would be similar to updating a link on a web page but being allowed to keep the same title and same page. Since my email had 'Having trouble viewing this email? Click here' feature, people who receive the email would click the 'click here' and get the newly corrected link.

I think your landing page feature is very limited. So limited that it isn't yet useful for me. I suggest making it robust with editing and design features that match your email campaigns! I would like to be able to create landing pages with editable text, buttons, images, downloads, and videos! It would also be great if I could use my own custom domain. I'm wanted to use the landing page feature for multiple lead magnet offerings.

It is a best practice when linking to any site other than your own, to make it open in a new window so as not to lose the reader. Since this is an email cms, that seems like it would have automatically have been the design. I avoid inserting any links that aren't absolutely necessary because I don't want to lose email readers.

I'd like to see if you have content that goes out that is rescheduled to go out again for those that did not open the first time around, that you're able to make edits to the content. I found an error in something that originally went out, however, I'm unable to make the edit and have the content go out only to those that did not open the first time around. I'd have to do another blast.

I insert photos in every e-mail we send (we are an event florist). Sometimes I have to create a collage on another site then upload it because the layouts in Constant Contact don't allow for cohesive photo sharing!! Would love an option to insert a photo collage or slideshow to showcase our floral designs Thanks for the consideration!:smileywink:

Please add more options for social media such as an RSS feed (blog) and Houzz (interior design specific). In addition, please "lock in" the social media icons per email campaign. For example, I create email campaign 1 and set up the social media icons. Then I create email campaign 2 with the social media icons linking to different social sites. As soon as I save the social media profile for email 2 it changes the social media links in email 1. This is VERY frustrating as we have 6 different brands that we send emails out for and we cannot use our email templates due to this issue. We tried to create our own social media icons by using images however, we cannot place more that two images side by side like we could in the old interface. Also, please put back the ability to add a table into the new user interface - you took away this feature! Having the ability to add a table would allow me a workaround to my first issue. UGH! Very frustrating - this is making us re-consider our decision to use Constant Contact for our email campaigns.

When I'm working with contacts, sometimes I need to make changes to several contacts with the same last name. In the old contacts system there was a "back" option that would allow me to return to the previous search results...it would be nice to still be able to do that instead of having to search again once I've looked at a specific contact's screen.

I'm sorry, I have been using CC for about 6 years and I find the new editor really lacking. It may be fine for inexperienced designers or some do-it-yourself business owners but for the rest of us professional graphic and web designers it really sucks. I'm forced to use it because the company I work does not want to migrate to another vendor. I got so frustrated using the editor that I finally ended up designing it in HTML/CSS in the custom code editor. That works well but if any of my non HTML colleagues need to edit text they have to call on me to do the slightest text edits. The previous version allowed you to get under the hood of each module and fine tune the HTML/CSS to fit your needs. What happened to that?! The new editor seems to have been designed to be idiot proof and for the lowest common denominator and the resulting emails look like it. Mark Goings Graphics Specialist

When I used Hubspot, I was able to select a list and then choose "do not send to anyone on this list if they are on ____ list." It was helpful for new customer promotions - i could select our general contact list and then choose to NOT allow it send to anyone on our existing customer list.

Please up your maximum file size for attachments (documents & photos). Currently you cannot upload a file larger than 5MB to attach to an email which is extremely inconvenient when you have well-designed trainings with multiple screenshots. Even after compressing my 13 page training it was 5.7MB, still too large. A simple Gmail account allows you to upload attachments that are up to 25MB, so only allowing for 5MB is very low. It's even more frustrating because our company is only using 9% of it's total available space, so there's plenty of room available for a couple larger attachments.
