PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!!
Please add a feature in Constant Contact that PROMPTS the user to change the subject line when using a "copied" email (template).
I have a few emails that go out every week that start with a basic template form that I use repeatedly. Information may change but the basic form is the same. I will "copy" the email from the previous week and then start making my changes for the coming week. When copying the previous email, the subject line defaults to the same subject line as it was for the previous email. The user needs to remember to change the subject line. It is VERY EASY to forget to do that. I have talked to other Constant Contact users who say the same thing. You don't know how many times I have accidently forgotten to change the subject line and an email will go out with the wrong subject line - the one used in the email that was copied.
I am certain it would not be difficult for your design engineers to create a prompt for the user to make sure they change the subject line for the copied email. PLEASE come up with a way to make sure that the user remembers to change the subject line in a template email.
Thank you.
