Generate a Permalink for draft emails

Hey Constant Contact,

I love that you generate web links to all email campaigns AFTER you send it to a contact list. I would love it (almost need you) to allow users to generate web links for campaigns BEFORE you send them to a contact list.  I really miss this option from our previous email marketing service. I really don't care if it messes up the 'reporting' because this is much more important to us. Thank you for your consideration.
