Make delete option for users more obvious

Suggestion to have a "deactivate and delete" option when deleting an account manager from the "manage users" page. I wouldn't have known that a "delete" option would magically appear as a drop-down menu option after having selected the "deactivate" option. Thank you for your consideration.
