SMS - SMS only Sign Up Landing Pages

Hello, we had a request to add an opt-in form specifically for SMS messages only. It seems that currently there are no options to create a form without requiring an email. I understand this is the anchor field / dataset for your system, but there should be a work-around for this if you are going to offer a paid SMS service.
