Automation for 21 Days Stops after Day 2

I just set up a simple 21 Day Challenge automation that sends Day 1, waits a day, then sends Day 2 etc for 21 Days. However, now for the 2nd time, my automations are not working after Day 2, as if they get stuck in the delay after the first 2 Days. Has any one else experienced this and have any clues about what to do about it? Chat support had to escalate it up and I have not heard back from them and my Challenge users are getting restless.

The agent that was working on your case will follow up with you as soon as they're able. Please do not alter the affected automation campaign(s) while they're attempting to troubleshoot the trigger / timeout issues.
