Trouble Viewing my tools for creating an automation path

Whenever I am creating an automation path the side menu that includes items such as "Send An Email", "Update Contact Detail", and "Send A SMS" the menu will not allow me to see the options under Rules. I can see the top of the button for "Time Delay", but I have to shrink my internet window in order to see it well enough to click it. The menu box does not allow me to scroll down to see the other buttons such as creating a split in my automation.

I use a Acer Chromebook  for my computer. I would appreciate if features like this and some other features that have similar issues (like the side menus when creating an email) would have a better way to navigate/access. A better scrolling feature would be my suggestion with extra blank space at the bottom to make sure when I scroll I can see all of my options instead of the last sections always being cut off.

Thank you.

Hello @AbigailM454 ,

Based on your description, your issue seems to align with your device's resolution / view settings, or with your browser's current zoom. If the device's resolution is set to an incredibly small size, or if your browser is too high of a zoom, it cause elements of any site, especially ours, to get squished together and have certain elements that will bleed off-screen.

I'd advise going into your device's settings first, and setting them to a larger resolution (even something like 1600x900 may be better if that's available), and then check your browser's zoom and make sure it's set to 100% and not something larger like 175%.

If your issues persist, then I'd advise calling our general support so they can screenshare to see your issue as it's occurring.
