CC Landing page & Sign up form works fine in desktop browser, but it is in preview mode on mobile

I created a signup form for our church to add themselves to a newsletter distribution list, but the signup form does not submit data from a mobile client but it works fine from a desktop browser. The mobile client says that this form is in preview mode and will not submit any data.... can anyone explain why?

How is the landing page being accessed? Are you providing the explicit share URL for the mobile opener, or are they trying to access it from another source? If they're trying to access the link from an email, is the email a test-send version or the live, actual sendout of the applicable email?

Are they able to open the landing page as expected in incongito/private browsing on the browser, or in another browser available on their mobile device?
