Email Verification for SMS Plan

Hi I have a store Exhibit Fashion, I am having issues verifying an email address for use with SMS. I receive the verification email, click on the link and nothing happens, the next page that loads is blank (white). I've tried Chrome and Edge and nothing. Can someone please help? I don't want my customers seeing my personal email address in the emails I sent them.
