My own company contacts are showing as unsubscribed - when they didn't

The integration with Constant Contact DOES NOT WORK. My clients are constantly being unsubscribed EVERY time they make an online purchase.

The real answer is Constant Contact is now really CONSTANT UNSUBSCRIBE. This company does not know how to integrate with platforms such as Shopify. You will continue to see your customers be unsubscribed every time they make an online purchase. Consider alternate solutions because this company does not have an adequate one.
