Self Authentication Already Confirmed but keep getting popup message

We created DNS records for self authentication a while ago.   Our account clearly says it is authenticated (see below), yet every time I login for the last hour and a half I keep getting a message saying that you have changed my sending from address.  I don't understand why. I opened a Chat support and they didn't do anything but make me log out and log back in and of course I didn't' get the message again at that time, but I have gotten it several times since then, and now when I try to schedule an email it shows the @shared1.ccsend.com address instead of ours. Even though we are clearly authenticated!

Please fix this!

Hello @Marisa_M ,

It sounds like something akin to the occasional in-account pop-ups that advertise an upcoming webinar repeatedly showing when cookies are regularly cleared, or the site is always accessed in incognito/private mode. You may need to clear your cookies for our website (check your browser's settings or support for guidance if needed), in order to do a full clean of any porblematic cookies that may have lingered. Once cleared, you may see the message one more time, but once you confirm it, it should be done.

That said, if your organization's network settings or your personal browser settings are set to regularly clear browser cookies, or you're regularly accessing the site via your browser incognito/private mode, then that may also be the issue- regular clearing of the cookies that would hide that messaging.
