We created DNS records for self authentication a while ago. Our account clearly says it is authenticated (see below), yet every time I login for the last hour and a half I keep getting a message saying that you have changed my sending from address. I don't understand why. I opened a Chat support and they didn't do anything but make me log out and log back in and of course I didn't' get the message again at that time, but I have gotten it several times since then, and now when I try to schedule an email it shows the @shared1.ccsend.com address instead of ours. Even though we are clearly authenticated! Please fix this!

When you are typing in a text box at the bottom of your email, the button to add a section impedes your text so you cannot see what you are typing. Can this please be fixed? It's very annoying and no amount of clicking outside of the box seems to consistently fix it. Thanks.

Hello,
I have noticed that if I have been logged into CTCT for a period of time, and I get the timeout warning that asks me if I want to stay logged in, if I say yes, and subsequently try to do any kind of search for my campaigns, no results are returned. It seems that when I click to 'stay logged in', it revalidates my CTCT UI access, however whatever server your search is linked to, must be logging me out. To correct this I have to log out completely and log back in and then I can search again. Please fix this! Thank you.

I organize all our campaigns into folders (because the search capability in CC is less than desirable) and I have noticed the number of campaigns in my "unfiled" folder is not accurate. As of right now I only have 9 campaigns when I click on "unfiled". However it shows a count of 27. Where are the other 18 emails it's referencing?? I have a screenshot but this form won't allow me to post it.

Thank you, I will be forwarding this email. Typically I unsubscribe from them but this one did not have that option. When I use the Outlook function to "block sender" that doesn't always workm, and anywy I would hate for it to be a strike against ALL CTCT emails as then (in theory) it might affect our sends later on since CTCT sends out from the same servers for all accounts. Hi William_A, Where do I forward emails sent by a CTCT user that are SPAM? I would like to report someone who used the "Test Message" function to spam me when I never opted-in to their list and I cannot remove myself becuase of how they sent it.

Nice. So we're just out of luck and not able to access our campaign folders until Constant Contact decides they are going to fix it? That's really great customer service. The reason I have to organize my campaigns into folders in the first place is because the search is terrible. So now I can't find the campaign I want by using search and I can't access my folders to find the ones I organized. Thanks, Constant Contact!

When I am in the Campaigns List View, if I click on "Folders" to navigate, there is no scroll bar and therefore I cannot see the entire list of folders. I am using the newest version of Chrome on Windows 10. Please fix this because I cannot get to any of the folder below the "Events" listing (screenshot included below) Thanks.

Thanks but that's not going to happen. This is a very large real estate firm with thousands of agents all over our state, and apparently they have all been SPAMMED into oblivion, assumably by other real estate agents. (No comment on that) Their CEO is the one who personally was so frustrated with the amount of SPAM clouding his inbox, he directed his IT team to block CC from all their servers. At this point, if we are to continue using CC, we would have to reach out to each person and request an alternate email address (i.e. gmail) for our communication.

Has anyone out there encountered a way around servers which have blocked all emails from the Constant Contact service in general?
We have self-authenticated our CC account and everything however we have about 100 users who have emails at a specific domain (one company) who has been so bombarded with CC emails in general that they have outright instructed their IT people to block every single email that comes via the CC service.
I have been in touch with the IT dept and regional managers, and they say they have no problem with OUR emails, however due to the constant SPAM-ming from other users, their CEO asked them to block all CC emails. They have told me that if I can provide them with a static sender's IP, they can create an exception to allow our messages however this is not a service that CC provides.
If anyone has encountered this and has any suggestions, please let me know. Otherwise it may cause us to switch to another provider who does offer this service.

Hello, I would like to also request the ability to sort your search results. For example, I just did a search for "Marketing" which I literally just sent out a campaign about 45 minutes ago with this word in the title... My search results show campaigns from last year (and 2015!!) at the top and I am unable to change the sorting order. Not helpful. Please fix. Hi @Caitlin_M, I have seen the improvements however the sorting function is not available when you are also doing a search. Can you please make it so that you can also sort your search results? Hi @Caitlin_M and thank you for looking into this further. We FREQUENTLY use the permalink to embed the email via an iFrame into a Message of the Day pop-up within a secure website, and that is where we are having the problem. See the above thread, I (unknowingly) posted two responses but my first contains a screenshot of the behavior. A new tab would be fine, probably better than a new window. But I'll take anything over the current behavior which opens it within the pop-up message. Thank you!

I embed a lot of our CC emails into an iFrame "message of the day" pop up window in our MLS database for our members to see our messages and a lot of times they have a link to register for a class or take some action. Most of your templates have the links embedded automatically so that they open in the same window as the message - this is TERRIBLE. I have come across one or two templates, randomly, that actually do open the link in a new window which is preferable!! Can you please either make all your templates open the link in a new window, OR when I go to add a link, require the editor to ask if you want the link to open in the same or a new window?? Please!

When creating an email from a PDF, is there any way to get the PDF to appear less pixelated?? Every time I use this option, the image looks awful. Even if I create the PDF myself, there is something about your converter that just totally blurs it and makes it extremely hard to read if there is any text involved. Please correct this!!

So, I don't know what the problem is with Chrome but I still do not receive any search results when searching campaigns. I tried Chrome in a private browser window, and it worked fine. I have disabled all addons and uninstalled most of them, and that still did nothing to help me when using a regular chrome window. I do notice, however, that the search terms are different after I press Enter to begin the search: in the regular Chrome window, my search term appears exactly as it was typed. In the private window, though, there is HTML code that gets added to the search term. Screenshots below. I am thinking this may have something to do with why I don't get accurate (or any) results when searching in a regular chrome window. I would really like to see this corrected rather than having to remember to use a 'private' or incognito window every time.

Thanks, I will try that. But what about the typing issue in Firefox? Can that be resolved? I don't understand why there are so many different browser issues I experience while using CC. I even cleared all my cookies and cache yesterday and that did nothing to help the situation.

I have noticed several issues with different browsers and CC. A while ago I switched to Firefox because CC was acting buggy in Chrome. However, lately, when composing an email campaign in Firefox, anytime I type a headline, the system removes allofthespacesbetweenmywords. (yes, just like that) So I opened a chat support (first tried calling but couldn't sit on hold longer than 10 mins) and your support person told me it was a browser issue. Fine. So I switched back to Chrome. Well, that resolved the typing issue, but searching for campaigns using Chrome is completely useless. Nothing I search for is ever found. I pulled up CC in both Chrome and FF yesterday and ran the same exact search side-by-side and miraculously, FF showed me results and Chrome showed me nothing, all it said was 'Sorry we couldn't find any results'. I have never experienced such a thing!
So now, I have to use two different browsers to do what I need in CC which is absolutely 100% ridiculous. I have to use Firefox to find an old campaign and copy it, then go over to Chrome to actually edit the campaign so that it doesn't remove my spaces between words when I am typing.
This needs to be resolved soon, or I am going to request a refund of our prepaid balance and go to another provider.

Hi, I use the segments feature to remove people from our email lists who are no longer affiliated with our organization. In doing so, I just ran a segment and deleted several people, and got the confirmation banner at the top of the page. However when I refresh the segment list, they are all still listed. If I go to the contacts list to look them up, though, they are no longer there. So they have been successfully deleted but the segments are not being refreshed. PLEASE FIX! It says right at the top of the segment screen to refresh in order to see a new list but that doesnt' actually work. I have tried in Firefox and Chrome so it is not a browser issue. It seems to be a caching issue on your server side.

Seriously? You need a use case for domain masking? The point of a landing page is to create a succinct webpage for a product or campaign. To drive people to said page, they need a URL they can remember, not some randomly generated CC URL. So that would be the "use case". To reinforce your brand or campaign when people navigate to your landing page.

Hi, I need to be able to sort the images in my library by date so I can go through and delete old files. Please add this feature! The current process of having to keep clicking "Show more" is severely cumbersome and is taking me forever just to get to the bottom of my list, and I'm sure once I do and start to delete, the page will refresh and I'll have to repeat this very long process. Sorting would be MUCH easier. Thanks

I don't know if I am going crazy, but I could have sworn that in the past I was able to "Replace" an image that was already uploaded to Constant Contact.
I am no longer seeing this option and would like to request that you bring it back because it is very helpful.
Example: We sent an email campaign with someone's old logo; they have since sent us the new one to be replaced. The "Replace Image" function used to allow us to swap out the logo and the new one would display immediately in the emails that were already sent, which was wonderful because we didn't have to do a re-send.
Please bring this function back or tell me how to do it if it's already there but hidden somewhere because I can't find it.
