Why doesn't my form footer contain my organization's name?

The part I'm looking at is where it says "By submitting this form you consenting to receive marketing emails from: " and it's SUPPOSED to have my organization's name after the colon, but it does not. It has nothing. As far as I can tell, everything is filled out properly in account settings, so why is this not filling in our info?

I checked your account, and I wasn't finding any sign up forms nor landing pages. When I got to the creation screen for them they all showed the footer as expected with your account's organization info.
