# of Unfiled messages is not accurate

I organize all our campaigns into folders (because the search capability in CC is less than desirable) and I have noticed the number of campaigns in my "unfiled" folder is not accurate. As of right now I only have 9 campaigns when I click on "unfiled". However it shows a count of 27. Where are the other 18 emails it's referencing?? I have a screenshot but this form won't allow me to post it.

Hello @Marisa_M ,

 

This is a visual glitch, as selecting the Unfiled option ends up only showing those 9 campaigns. You don't have any other Unfiled campaigns in your account at the time of this response. While the devs investigate the root cause of this, you can ignore that number.

This has been a glitch for a long time. As CC glitches go, at least this is a minor one.
