Also, I use dreamhost for hosting. Does dreamhost add the hostname to the dns txt record? I see that some hosting companies do and it should be removed from the txt record generated by Constant Contact. Thanks.

Thanks! I created the required dns record. I am still not receiving any test emails and my newsletter is not sending. I lost the original dns record when I stopped using cloudflare. Do I need to generate and publish a new DKIM key?

Greetings, I sent my e-mail on 6/14/2021. Although we tested the e-mail and peer-reviewed with 2 other members of our team before sending, the BACKGROUND COLOR was changed at sending, making the introductory comments and links difficult or impossible for our customers to see. Can the Constant Contact team offer a reason for this, and perhaps also offer some kind of restitution?
