Ability to Hide menu on the left side of an E-Mail Editor when working on a small screens

It would be greatly beneficial if we could resize and hide the "Build, Images, Design" tools on the left side of an E-Mail Editing. When operating on smaller screens such as a 15 inch laptop and having a staff member using the 200% scaling so she can read the display, makes it very difficult to see the content we are working on. Many pages have the arrow and resize but, for the life of us we can find no way to do it here. On my display a 34 inch ultrawide monitor this is not an issue, but using a laptop display it takes up almost half the display. Heaven forbid you try to use split screen so you can have a word document, PDF, or webpage open at same time.
