Delete contents of library subfolders when selecting image through the main folder

Your Library Needs work actually. Picture management with CC is time consuming and non-flexible. When I add an item to a folder, I need to actually MOVE it there. So hen I delete the item from the mail folder, it doesn't delete it from my subfolder as well. Ease of management is missing from Constant Contact.
